Another long post to catch up on the last few months!

Well it seems I post about every three months, so if I stick to the current pattern the next post will be when the third and final installment of the Hansen triology is born. Enjoy the past months of our lives. I have found that it is impossible to get my kids to look at the camera, so enjoy the sides of their faces!

Bennet turned 5 in July! We had his first friend birthday party where they played in the pool and on the slip-n-slide! the kids had fun. I could not have survived if Steve's parents were not there. We had crazy weather, one minute it was warm then the next it was cold and windy. Grandma Joy, with the expertise with 5 year olds, had all the games to play in the basement while the wind storm passed!






For the 4th of July we went camping and hiking.












In June we went to lake Powell, it was a fun trip. Mia had no fear of jumping in to the water and both kids could not get enough swimming in! As you can see we had one storm come and ruin our fun on the slide, but other than that it was a great trip!










I guess Bennet and Mia had enough of us and headed out to sea to see what adventures awaited them! They returned moments later due to dehydration and starvation! (Dad was swimming only five feet from them.)





Bennets preschool gradutaion! He loved his teacher so much and wanted to know if she could teach him for the rest of his life!
